If registering more than one student do not duplicate meal entries across multiple forms.

Comment Or Concerns

On-line registration may take several minutes. Do not hit the submit button more than once. A confirmation page will open when on-line registration is received.

Important - Registration is complete when 1) you've received on-line confirmation and 2) we've received your payment. Checks must be made out to "STAHR" and mailed to Gail Auberg, 895 Brentmoor Court, Newport News, VA 23608.

Remember - Checks must be postmarked by February 19th for best rate.


Instructions


A registration form must be completed for each student participating in the workshop.

Fill out the form completely. No fields should be left blank. If you do not know the requested information please enter "NA" in the field.

When all information has been entered, submit the form by clicking on the Submit Registration button.

A confirmation page will appear when the registration information has been recorded. The confirmation page will contain all the information you have submitted and the calculated amount due for the conference options you selected.

Print out two copies of the confirmation page. Keep one page for your records and send one page with a check made payable to STAHR to:
