- The Virginia Arts Festival will be bringing some exciting events you might want to check out:
1. From the Top on Thursday May 15 at Ferguson Hall in Newport News features young musicians.
2. Miami String Quartet on Sunday April 27 at Great Bridge Pres. in Chesapeake at 7pm
3. Festival Finale with Chinese violinist Tianwa Yang playing the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto on Sunday May 25 at 7 pm in Williamsburg. Lawn seats are $20. Call the Virginia Arts Festival at 757-282-2822 for ticket information. - The Virginia Symphony will be bringing a fabulous cellist, Zuill Bailey, back to town on Friday May 2 at 8 pm at Ferguson Hall, NN or Saturday May 3 at 8pm at the new Sandler Hall in Virginia Beach, or on Sunday May 4 at 2:30 at Ferguson Hall in Newport News.
